Common questions
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Add your domain in your store settings, point one DNS record at us, and we check it and switch on HTTPS for you. The certificate renews by itself.
Do I need a developer to set up my shop?
No. Sign up, add your products one by one or from a CSV file, set your delivery charges and share your address. You can change every detail later.
How do my customers pay?
Online checkout takes cash on delivery. At the counter, the point of sale records cash and card payments and works out the change. Coupons, gift cards and store credit work in both places.
Is the website and the counter really the same stock?
Yes. There is one stock count per product. A sale at the counter takes stock off the website straight away, and an online order does the same for the counter.
What happens at the counter when the internet goes down?
The point of sale keeps selling from the catalogue it saved while online. Sales made offline are kept on that device and uploaded, one by one, as soon as the connection is back.
Which couriers can I book from the admin?
Steadfast, Pathao and RedX. Add your courier account once, then book parcels from an order and follow their status in the same place.
Can I keep customer dues (baki) here?
Yes. A counter sale can go on the customer's account, with a credit limit you set for each customer. Part payments are recorded and every change is kept in a history you can check.
Can I print a Mushak-6.3 VAT invoice?
Yes, if your shop is VAT-registered. Switch on VAT invoices, enter your BIN, and print the NBR form from any order.
